If you have subscribed to our Visitor/Contractor Kiosk, these instructions will guide you through, adding contact details for your employees, so a visitor can request them to be notified of their arrival.

  1. From the menu (left side of screen), choose “Settings”, then “Visitor Contact”

  2. Now you should see a list of current Contacts (use the orange pencil in the “Operations” column to edit an existing one)

  3. To add a new Contact click the “New” button in the toolbar (near top right of screen)

  4. Now enter the Contact’s details and click the “Save” button to finish
    (Note, fields starting with a red * are required, the rest are optional)
