If you have subscribed to our Visitor/Contractor Kiosk, these instructions will guide you through, adding contact details for your employees, so a visitor can request them to be notified of their arrival.
From the menu (left side of screen), choose “Settings”, then “Visitor Contact”
Now you should see a list of current Contacts (use the orange pencil in the “Operations” column to edit an existing one)
To add a new Contact click the “New” button in the toolbar (near top right of screen)
Now enter the Contact’s details and click the “Save” button to finish
(Note, fields starting with a red * are required, the rest are optional)
