This tool is useful, if you needed to manually Schedule a group of employees, for a certain date.

Perhaps you don’t usually schedule your employees, but need to let CleverTime know, who should get Public Holiday Leave, as this usually works, off an employees scheduled hours.

  1. From the menu (left side of screen), choose “Tools”, then “Global Schedule”

  2. Select the required Date, disable “By Employee” and select the required departments or leave it enabled and select the required employees, now click the “Add Shift” button to fill in the details for the scheduled shift and click the “Submit” button to finish
