This tool is useful if you need to manually enter a Start or Finish time for a group of employees.
Perhaps there was a power cut or a group of employees were off-site and not able to access the time clock.
- From the menu (left side of screen), choose “Tools”, then “Global Punch”  
- Enter the required Date and Time, enable “By Employee” and select the required employees or leave it disabled and select the required departments, now optionally enter a note (reason) and click “Submit” to finish
