This tool is useful if you need to manually enter a Start or Finish time for a group of employees.

Perhaps there was a power cut or a group of employees were off-site and not able to access the time clock.

  1. From the menu (left side of screen), choose “Tools”, then “Global Punch”

  2. Enter the required Date and Time, enable “By Employee” and select the required employees or leave it disabled and select the required departments, now optionally enter a note (reason) and click “Submit” to finish
