1. From the menu (left side of screen), choose “Leave Requests” and the following screen should show


  2. You should see a list of leave requests for employees you have access too, from the future and back 60 days, you can use the calendar icon up the top to adjust this date period (use the orange pencil in the “Operations” column to edit an existing request)


  3. To add a new Leave Request, click the “New” button in the toolbar (near top right of screen) and the following screen should show


  4. Now choose the required “Employee”, “Leave Type”, “From Date and “To Date”, then ensure “By schedule” is enabled, to use the scheduled hours

    Or you could disable “By schedule” to use the “Hours per day” field for the leave hours for each day



    (also disable the “skip unscheduled” option, if this employee has no schedule)


    Or you could enable “By time range”, if this was only for part of the day and enter the “From” and “To” times to be used for the leave


    (the hours for the leave will be calculated from this)


  5. Click “Save” when finished


  6. To “Approve” or “Decline” a leave request, use the orange tick in the “Operations” column and the following screen should show

  7. Set the “Status” to either “Approved” or “Declined”, optionally give a reason and click “Save”



  8. To “Cancel” a leave request (maybe an employee changes their mind), tick the box in the first column for the required leave request and click the “Cancel” button in the toolbar (near top right of screen)
