For using CBSYS mobile punch system you will need to subscribe the service by calling our service line or email to sales@cbsystems.co.nz

Once we activate your mobile punch service , just few simple steps to setup and get it running.


  1. Setup up work place(s) in CleverTime with a coverage area where staff are allowed to punch within that area.
  2. Activate mobile App account for employees and select their work place(s).
  3. Get employee to download and install the mobile App "CleverGo"
  4. Employee can start using the APP to clock in and out of the work place(s), as well as viewing their time sheet

*Please note that only one mobile device per employee is allowed, when they login to the system for the first time, system will link the phone to employee's account and this cannot be changed unless supervisor reset the registration from employee profile page.
